SURVEY

We have gathered much information and problems faced by the police men and workers in industries during our survey. Some of the problems are as follows:

  1. Throat problems due to air pollution

  2. pain at back of the ear

  3. Knee pain for standing long time

  4. Mask is not convenient

  5. Eye burns and Skin burns due to heat 

  6. Sunstroke during summer

  7. problem due to sound pollution

While we are searching the internet we found some interesting products that are exist in the market. There are:

IDEAS

We design a mask which avoids both air pollution and sound pollution. Because these are the main problems which we found and collected from the survey. We added a N type of filter which as a efficiency of 95% .it prevents the inhalation of particulate matter and aerosols that are non-oily in nature.it prevents the inhalation if dust particles related to coal, iron ore, flour, metal, wood, pollen and non-oil based liquids. for ear we are using ear defenders which is of sponge type so it could fit in any ear channel.

DESIGN

In the AS mask we added N95 Filter which has an efficiency of 95% and it prevents inhaling of harmful pollutants related to coal, iron ore, flow, metal, wood, pollen and non-oil based liquids. it also prevents inhalation of pollutants related to aerosols that are non-oily in nature. We also added defenders which are sponge type. to prevent sound pollution. It has belt at back side which is used for adjusting
